Well, all I have to say is that I am happy that the holidays are over with. It seems that if anything goes wrong for us during the year it is during Christmas time. Everything started off with our the alternator one of our cars crapping out on us. After about two months we finally were able to fix it, to find out that the battery was no longer holding a charge. So, we bought a new battery. Immediately after we got that car fixed, our Land Cruiser pooped on us. I don't know what the problem with it is, and so it is just sitting outside, I think it may be the glow plugs. So we are now down to one vehicle, which by the way was involved in a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of my work. Still don't know who did it, and it's been about two-three weeks.
In the middle of all of this our Mac's hard drive crashed on us as well. This is what happens when you run your computer 24 hrs a day for about four months. I bought a hard drive, only to find out that it wasn't Mac compatible, and then went back and got the right one. Long story short our computer works again. This is why we haven't posted anything lately. Luckily we had everything but a couple of pics backed up on our external hard drive. Especially since all of our photos are electronic copies only.
So life has been fun. We have eleven months to get prepared for next year's Christmas. Oh yeah, my paper work to be transferred to another job has been sitting on Admin's desk for the past month and a half, so will have to wait longer to find out what the Corps is doing with me.
